Spectators: 10804 (Terracing: 8104, Seating: 2485, VIP seats: 215) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alex Garrido took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Garrido in the 3rd minute of play forced Calcio Cuchitril's goalkeeper Edgardo Dely to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alex Garrido sped through Calcio Cuchitril's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgardo Dely. In the 8th minute, Alex Garrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When David Herbruger fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Santo Giorgio's protests and gave David Herbruger a yellow card for diving instead. When Ulpiano Villarreal came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Calcio Cuchitril fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulpiano Villarreal couldn't finish the play. After 14 played minutes FC Santo Giorgio got a freekick which was hit by Endre Hegedűs. Chico Vass showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulpiano Villarreal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 18 played minutes Calcio Cuchitril got a freekick which was hit by Heraclides Gutierrez. If Alex Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Napier took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Vass. Chico Vass dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Calcio Cuchitril booed when FC Santo Giorgio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastián de la Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Napier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulpiano Villarreal in the 54th minute of play forced FC Santo Giorgio's goalkeeper Chico Vass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chico Vass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Napier in the 56th minute of play. FC Santo Giorgio's Zico Zidane was substituted for Ryland Giggs. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Garrido in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Dely prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Calcio Cuchitril's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Garrido came free, but Edgardo Dely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Alex Garrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvano Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Edgardo Dely managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when FC Santo Giorgio's Silvano Laurin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd match minute, Calcio Cuchitril was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Brandao to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Zico Zidane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Dely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Dely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Laurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Laurin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Dely having to make a save. Silvano Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Calcio Cuchitril getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Reinaldo Calderón hit a great ball.
