Alejandro Zapata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Chico Vass made a huge save. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Santo Giorgio's goalkeeper Chico Vass, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Enrique Castillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Santo Giorgio the free kick. Enrique Castillo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Marciano Jerico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Laurin in the 22nd minute of play. FC Santo Giorgio were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chico Vass was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alejandro Zapata showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Laurin in the 36th minute of play forced Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s goalkeeper Marciano Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Nicolás Gomez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolás Gomez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th match minute, FC Santo Giorgio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Garrido to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes FC Santo Giorgio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejandro Zapata who took care of the corner kick. Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s Alejandro Zapata was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chico Vass in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC Santo Giorgio's Chico Vass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Zapata in the 62nd minute of play. A hard shot 63 in the game by Rivaldo Sagel from a close distance when the talented Marciano Jerico managed to make a qualified save. Aserrío De Gariché F.C.'s players were relieved. Marciano Jerico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryland Giggs, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
