Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Felipe Sañez kicked off to start the match. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Xantalen Bribiesca elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mortifagos's zone, Brito Rendon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garcia Sibila came out of the goal and Brito Rendon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weather Pañalosa during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes UD Pedernales got a freekick which was hit by Weather Pañalosa. If Felipe Sañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Brito Rendon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garcia Sibila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xantalen Bribiesca in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Garcia Sibila saved Mortifagos from getting behind. Tomas Gandarillas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brito Rendon in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. Arturo Villaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Sañez in the 25th minute of the match. Arturo Villaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Sañez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xantalen Bribiesca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Felipe Sañez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arturo Villaro, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Xantalen Bribiesca made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Xantalen Bribiesca took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Garcia Sibila to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Mortifagos getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jorge Camara hit a great ball. When Xantalen Bribiesca came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the UD Pedernales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xantalen Bribiesca couldn't finish the play. Gonzalo Remolino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Arturo Villaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UD Pedernales's Arturo Villaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Sañez in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Enrico Godines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Pedernales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Godines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brito Rendons short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Garcia Sibila to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Garcia Sibila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xantalen Bribiesca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brito Rendon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Xantalen Bribiesca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Mortifagos's goal looked a bit too open when Xantalen Bribiesca came free, but Garcia Sibila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Sañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Brito Rendon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garcia Sibila having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Xantalen Bribiesca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
