Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) CD Carapungo's Vernaza Finez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maurinho Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentim Tafoya having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Vernaza Finez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Carapungo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vernaza Finez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaviedes Villamayor in the 8th minute of play forced Danger FC's goalkeeper Lucio Sandines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Musso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentim Tafoya having to make a save. Vergaray Villamandos lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 20th minute Romero Artaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentim Tafoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, CD Carapungo's Valentim Tafoya got control of the ball when Viteri Baroja tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valentim Tafoya came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Danger FC's Viteri Baroja. But to his dismay, Viteri Baroja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Valentim Tafoya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Musso's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Romero Artaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Musso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Valentim Tafoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Romero Artaza came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Danger FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romero Artaza couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in CD Carapungo's zone, Roberto Musso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentim Tafoya came out of the goal and Roberto Musso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentim Tafoya was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Maurinho Severo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maurinho Severo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Musso made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Mane Gago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danger FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mane Gago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentim Tafoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentim Tafoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Musso, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Mane Gago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Valentim Tafoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Viteri Baroja notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of CD Carapungo's Valentim Tafoya. Valentim Tafoya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CD Carapungo's Valentim Tafoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Musso in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Mane Gago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentim Tafoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romero Artaza in the 82nd minute of play. Valentim Tafoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Severo in the 84th minute of play. Lucio Sandines made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Kaviedes Villamayor sent off a good shot on target. Maurinho Severo charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurinho Severo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CD Carapungo booed when Danger FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danger FC's Roberto Musso got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Kaviedes Villamayor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucio Sandines. The goal made the score 4-1. Danger FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
