Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) Avalon's Anders Alebeck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Anders Alebeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Alzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marin Belluga hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Anders Alebeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Alzola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Avalon's Anders Alebeck got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute Anibal Somarribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Bon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Bon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christobal Amarelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Matias Bon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christobal Amarelle's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Marin Belluga hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the game, Orlando Ameda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfonso Alzola. Orlando Ameda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 23 played minutes Gualchan got a freekick which was hit by Christobal Amarelle. The crowd rose to their feet as Avalon's Anders Alebeck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Alzola. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. Matias Bon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Somarribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Anders Alebeck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gualchan's Alfonso Alzola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A well placed Anders Alebeck short distance shot in the 36th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Anders Alebeck who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Alfonso Alzola when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Antonio Quintarnaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anders Alebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Alebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alfonso Alzola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Quintarnaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Somarribas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Alebeck in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Alzola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avalon's Reynaldo Apodaca got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Gualchan's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Alebeck came free, but Alfonso Alzola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Avalon's Anders Alebeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Alzola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Avalon's goalkeeper Matias Bon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christobal Amarelle. In the 62nd minute Anders Alebeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Alzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Anibal Somarribas came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Gualchan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Somarribas couldn't finish the play. Marin Belluga hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Harry Nyström's late challenge caught a Gualchan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Nyström helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gualchan booed when Avalon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anders Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79thth minute of the game Anders Alebeck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gualchan's Alfonso Alzola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fazlı İlkser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alfonso Alzola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes of play, Avalon's Anders Alebeck made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfonso Alzola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Avalon's Matias Bon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Avalon from getting a goal against them. When Avalon's Anders Alebeck in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gualchan's goalie prevented a goal. Alfonso Alzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fazlı İlkser in the 90th minute of the match. Anders Alebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Alebeck in the 93rd minute of play forced Gualchan's goalkeeper Alfonso Alzola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Vicioso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Anders Alebeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Avalon fully deserved thier win.
