Mina Angosto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Juan Santayana might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mina Angosto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Santayana ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 24 minutes, Juan Santayana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alberto SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Santayana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urrutia Aizpurua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urrutia Aizpurua hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 33 minutes, Juan-Alfredo Beamud mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fuerza Amarilla and the Alberto SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Fuerza Amarilla got a freekick which was hit by Juan-Alfredo Beamud. Tonio Olavarrieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mina Angosto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Espinola Ucles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Arri in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urrutia Aizpurua to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto SC's Espinola Ucles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Anderica in the 52nd minute of play. Diego Anderica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tonio Olavarrieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Urrutia Aizpurua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mina Angosto. Fuerza Amarilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urrutia Aizpurua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Urrutia Aizpurua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mina Angosto was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Fuerza Amarilla's Mina Angosto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urrutia Aizpurua in the 73rd minute of play. Mina Angosto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urrutia Aizpurua in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Diego Anderica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espinola Ucles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
