Pablo Magaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coyette Mezquita in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Coyette Mezquita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.S.Emelec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Cadorniga in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Magaña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 played minutes Otavalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Luzuriaga Gandia. Pablo Magaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coyette Mezquita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Cadorniga succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. C.S.Emelec's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
