Ascencio Ladrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Baroja got free with Denis Zurbano in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Zurbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ascencio Ladrero in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Valencia Astudillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casanga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelsea Football Club the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, Chelsea Football Club's Armando Baroja made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Zurbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the game, Chelsea Football Club's Armando Baroja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denis Zurbano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 32nd minute Ascencio Ladrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Zurbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ascencio Ladrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Aragones struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Denis Zurbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelsea Football Club. In the 38th match minute, Casanga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Lavin to maneuver through the defense. If Ascencio Ladrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Casanga FC's zone, Armando Baroja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Zurbano came out of the goal and Armando Baroja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ascencio Ladrero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Denis Zurbano. That made the score 4-0 in the 41 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 59th minute, Fabio Aragones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Zurbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Chelsea Football Club's Ascencio Ladrero got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Chelsea Football Club's Ascencio Ladrero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denis Zurbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ascencio Ladrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Casanga FC's goalkeeper Denis Zurbano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ascencio Ladrero in the 85th minute of play forced Casanga FC's goalkeeper Denis Zurbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Armando Baroja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 93 minutes, Dario Lavin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casanga FC and the Chelsea Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Casanga FC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Lavin. Denis Zurbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ascencio Ladrero in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Chelsea Football Club were the better team. Chelsea Football Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
