Fabio Relloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Real Embolletero getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Veronica Marsol hit a great ball. Erwin Valderramal scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jácome Avedillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bustos Alcolea kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Reyes del Sur's Erwin Valderramal in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Fabio Relloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jácome Avedillo was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Jácome Avedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Relloso in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Erwin Valderramal made a precise shot to the right of Jácome Avedillo. Real Embolletero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Jácome Avedillo came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Reyes del Sur's Fabio Relloso. But to his dismay, Fabio Relloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After the first half Reyes del Sur were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erwin Valderramal made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Jácome Avedillo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Reyes del Sur's Fabio Relloso got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bustos Alcolea might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jácome Avedillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bustos Alcolea ran back to his position shaking his head. Jácome Avedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Valderramal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bustos Alcolea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Jácome Avedillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Erwin Valderramal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Real Embolletero booed when Reyes del Sur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bustos Alcolea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairón Alais's late challenge caught a Real Embolletero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jairón Alais helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Jairón Alais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Héctor Belaunde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Real Embolletero's zone, Fabio Relloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jácome Avedillo came out of the goal and Fabio Relloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Embolletero's goalkeeper Jácome Avedillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jácome Avedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwin Valderramal, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Erwin Valderramal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jácome Avedillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Reyes del Sur's Fabio Relloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jácome Avedillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Erwin Valderramal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jácome Avedillo, passed just outside the right post. In the 96th match minute, Reyes del Sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Relloso to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Reyes del Sur could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Embolletero throughout the match.
