Ortiz Fardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Walter Titos put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Braulio Launda. In the 24th minute, Alonzo Carbo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CharlieBrown SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 27 played minutes Ceibos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xoan Valdespino. After recieving a nice pass, CharlieBrown SC's Xelo Puerto tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alvaro Santatis kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Braulio Launda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walter Titos's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zernin Argandoña in the 40th minute of play forced CharlieBrown SC's goalkeeper Braulio Launda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xelo Tello to make the kick off. Xelo Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ortiz Fardi having to interfere. Ortiz Fardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Carbo in the 59th minute of play. Braulio Launda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zernin Argandoña in the 60th minute of the match. Ortiz Fardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 82 played minutes Ceibos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xencio Capitillo. Alonzo Carbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86thth minute of the game Zernin Argandoña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CharlieBrown SC's Braulio Launda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walter Titos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Braulio Launda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Braulio Launda throw himself and got hold of the ball when Zernin Argandoña in the 93rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The Ceibos F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ceibos F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
