With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Palianza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Palianza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavon Carcel in the 39th minute of play. Fausto Palianza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Iros in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blandón Gorron in the 42nd minute of play forced Guizhaguina's goalkeeper Fernandez Urueña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Palianza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Iros, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The DANN FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guizhaguina were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Xavon Carcel made the kick off in the second half. Xavon Carcel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Fausto Palianza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavon Carcel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blandón Gorron struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Fernandez Urueña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DANN FC. After 73 minutes, George Anduiza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DANN FC and the Guizhaguina players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, George Anduiza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in DANN FC's zone, Fabricio Iros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Palianza came out of the goal and Fabricio Iros tried to chip the ball over his head. When the final whistle sounded Guizhaguina left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than DANN FC.
