Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) Alfonso Rabanera started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2ndth minute of the game Estevez Oresti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coltapamba FC's Anangonó Ayensa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anangonó Ayensa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevez Oresti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Cordero Presedo sped through Coltapamba FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anangonó Ayensa. Anangonó Ayensa came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by cosmos's Estevez Oresti. But to his dismay, Estevez Oresti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Antonio Moranto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. cosmos's Estevez Oresti got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anangonó Ayensa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Moranto went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. If Estevez Oresti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Moranto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Estevez Oresti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Coltapamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Oresti came free, but Anangonó Ayensa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Moranto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estevez Oresti to strike the kick off in the second half. Anangonó Ayensa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Oresti in the 53rd minute of play. A hard shot 54 in the game by Antonio Moranto from a close distance when the talented Anangonó Ayensa managed to make a qualified save. Coltapamba FC's players were relieved. Gabriel Guerrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uhin Tornero in the 56th minute of play. Antonio Moranto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Anangonó Ayensa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antonio Moranto came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the cosmos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Moranto couldn't finish the play. Anangonó Ayensa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estevez Oresti, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Antonio Moranto came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the cosmos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Moranto couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Antonio Moranto notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Coltapamba FC's Anangonó Ayensa. Anangonó Ayensa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anangonó Ayensa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Oresti in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Coltapamba FC's goalkeeper Anangonó Ayensa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Estevez Oresti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevez Oresti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Anangonó Ayensa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coltapamba FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Antonio Moranto scored to the left of an out of position Anangonó Ayensa, making the score, 0-8. Estevez Oresti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Anangonó Ayensa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. cosmos played a much better game than Coltapamba FC and deserved their victory. The Coltapamba FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
