The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vasco Nicolas's late challenge caught a Águilas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vasco Nicolas helped the player get up and apologised. Vasco Nicolas hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Moloboc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vermudo Ocejo came free, but Leonides Puebla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Puebla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vermudo Ocejo in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Águilas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urki Caldero came free, but Esterilla Vizcarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vermudo Ocejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Águilas FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Reynaldo Cajigal hit a great ball. Uxio Caloca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Esterilla Vizcarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Moloboc FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vermudo Ocejo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Águilas FC fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Águilas FC's Gomez Niño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vermudo Ocejo in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonides Puebla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gomez Niño struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Leonides Puebla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Águilas FC. 43 minutes into the game, Gomez Niño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Águilas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moloboc FC the free kick. Gomez Niño hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vermudo Ocejo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Moloboc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Oyaga to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vermudo Ocejo in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Puebla saved Moloboc FC from getting behind. In the 54th minute Urki Caldero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esterilla Vizcarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gomez Niño took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Puebla. Leonides Puebla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urki Caldero in the 64th minute of play forced Águilas FC's goalkeeper Esterilla Vizcarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Puebla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vermudo Ocejo in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Uxio Caloca fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Esterilla Vizcarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urki Caldero in the 72nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vermudo Ocejo in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Puebla saved Moloboc FC from getting behind. Vermudo Ocejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Puebla having to interfere. Moloboc FC's Uxio Caloca got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Águilas FC's Rene Badia got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urki Caldero in the 81st minute of play forced Águilas FC's goalkeeper Esterilla Vizcarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moloboc FC's Leonides Puebla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Cajigal in the 84th minute of play. The goalkeeper, Esterilla Vizcarra, was totally fooled by Moloboc FC's Fabian Benero, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Urki Caldero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Esterilla Vizcarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uxio Caloca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esterilla Vizcarra having to make a save. Águilas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Moloboc FC for a fine match.
