Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Atletas de Cristo's Rodrigo Comillas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roque Lezarazo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jairón Garibay went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Roque Lezarazo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Bañuelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Rodrigo Comillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atletas de Cristo's Segundo Tabliega got a free kick in the 15th minute. Leonides Cirion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Tabliega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, Pablo Madera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Los Vagos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Madera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Bagui Labandera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletas de Cristo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. George Bañuelos was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Los Vagos's players had a chance to rest. Leonides Cirion made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Jerson Martinena sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute Cruz Valls shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Lezarazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game George Bañuelos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletas de Cristo's Roque Lezarazo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roque Lezarazo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Bañuelos's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Roque Lezarazo came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Los Vagos's Jairón Garibay. But to his dismay, Jairón Garibay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 43 played minutes Atletas de Cristo got a freekick which was hit by Xefe Cardillo. 47 minutes into the match, Club Los Vagos's Jairón Garibay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Lezarazo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and George Bañuelos made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Club Los Vagos's Jairón Garibay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Lezarazo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Pablo Madera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Roque Lezarazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairón Garibay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Lezarazo having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Pablo Madera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Lezarazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairón Garibay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th match minute, Atletas de Cristo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Comillas to maneuver through the defense. George Bañuelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Pablo Madera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roque Lezarazo. That made the score 0-5 in the 76 minute of play. Roque Lezarazo came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Los Vagos's Jairón Garibay. But to his dismay, Jairón Garibay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After a rather tough play, Club Los Vagos's Saritama Goyeneta got a free kick in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Los Vagos's Nicolas Ocaliz got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Jairón Garibay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
