In the 6th minute, Ibarra Chavarria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uhin Chaves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rocio Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uhin Chaves having to interfere. Uhin Chaves came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Codeiros F.C.'s Ibarra Chavarria. But to his dismay, Ibarra Chavarria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 28 minutes into the game, Ibarra Chavarria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Uhin Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nando Latonero kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Uhin Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rocio Barrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Ibarra Chavarria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uhin Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uhin Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Rubian went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, UD Copta's goal looked a bit too open when Ibarra Chavarria came free, but Uhin Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilmar Arijola kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ibarra Chavarria to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocio Barrera in the 56th minute of play forced UD Copta's goalkeeper Uhin Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nando Latonero hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ibarra Chavarria got free with Uhin Chaves in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uhin Chaves made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ibarra Chavarria sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, UD Copta's goal looked a bit too open when Rocio Barrera came free, but Uhin Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When UD Copta's Xavier Illan in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Codeiros F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. UD Copta's Uhin Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save UD Copta from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Urtsin Rancel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Codeiros F.C.'s Ibarra Chavarria got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Codeiros F.C. played a much better game than UD Copta and deserved their victory. The UD Copta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
