Azconzábal Cazares hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If Ruperto Azaceta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Coronel Besteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Criban Artolozaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in RebelOnTheGame's zone, Coronel Besteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Criban Artolozaga came out of the goal and Coronel Besteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guerrón Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Criban Artolozaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavierlada Romarote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Azaceta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darío Arzumendi having to interfere. Ruperto Azaceta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Coronel Besteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Criban Artolozaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in RebelOnTheGame's zone, Coronel Besteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Coronel Besteiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Criban Artolozaga having to make a save. Guerrón Roman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruperto Azaceta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darío Arzumendi having to interfere. RebelOnTheGame's Criban Artolozaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coronel Besteiro in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Guerrón Roman notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of CD Papayai's Darío Arzumendi. Darío Arzumendi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Ruperto Azaceta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darío Arzumendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Guisla didn't quite understand what happened when in the 82 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
