Fernandez Armona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Criban Artolozaga saved RebelOnTheGame from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandez Armona in the 21st minute of play forced RebelOnTheGame's goalkeeper Criban Artolozaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zaguan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute Danilo Betancurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Criban Artolozaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RebelOnTheGame's Criban Artolozaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta in the 32nd minute of play. Anibal Olaondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Azaceta in the 34th minute of play. RebelOnTheGame's Criban Artolozaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta in the 40th minute of play. Anibal Olaondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Azaceta in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Zaguan's Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Criban Artolozaga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 48 played minutes RebelOnTheGame got a freekick which was hit by Machado Villahoz. After the first half Zaguan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta to make the kick off. If Enrique Barrutia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Fernandez Armona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Castro Echarriza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Criban Artolozaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Barrutia in the 66th minute of play. Criban Artolozaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, RebelOnTheGame's goalkeeper Criban Artolozaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernandez Armona. The supporters of RebelOnTheGame booed when Zaguan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guagua Panguision didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Olaondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Azaceta, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Fernandez Armona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Zaguan's Juan-Alfredo Lezarreta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Criban Artolozaga. Criban Artolozaga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Zaguan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
