Alberto Velaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Ceja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Velaz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Velaz in the 16th minute of play forced Siguitag's goalkeeper Marco Ceja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Ceja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Velaz in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Siguitag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Beloso to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Siguitag's Lopez Galdeano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Siguitag's zone, Alberto Velaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Ceja came out of the goal and Alberto Velaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Velaz in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Ceja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Velaz struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Marco Ceja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oretga FC. Oretga FC's attack was well implemented in the 36th minute, but when Manuel Portera was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Paúl Alcubilla charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paúl Alcubilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Oretga FC's Paúl Alcubilla got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gian-Carlo Moyuelo's late challenge caught a Oretga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gian-Carlo Moyuelo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Siguitag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gian-Carlo Moyuelo to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Oretga FC's Uxio Quesada broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trota Hoyuela was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 62 minutes, Alberto Velaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oretga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Velaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alberto Velaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Ceja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Velaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Ceja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Velaz in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Siguitag booed when Oretga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paúl Alcubilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Velaz struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Marco Ceja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oretga FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Trota Hoyuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siguitag's supporters rose to their feet, but Trota Hoyuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Valpuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Manuel Portera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Oretga FC defense, Trota Hoyuela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfonso Valpuesta. The Oretga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonso Valpuesta should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute of the match, Paúl Alcubilla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Ceja saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marco Ceja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Velaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Trota Hoyuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siguitag's supporters rose to their feet, but Trota Hoyuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Valpuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 97th minute Alberto Velaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Ceja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
