Luciano Valdero struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Bran Pardabu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hiroshima 1945. Tigua's Bran Pardabu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Valdero in the 5th minute of play. Luciano Valdero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Bran Pardabu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Valdero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bran Pardabu having to interfere. Sandro Azpilcueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Zilar Munis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Zabal Ribadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, Hiroshima 1945 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Creus to maneuver through the defense. Julio Creus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luciano Valdero might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bran Pardabu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Valdero ran back to his position shaking his head. Bran Pardabu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Valdero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Vanegas got free with Zilar Munis in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Creus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Hiroshima 1945's Luciano Valdero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bran Pardabu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Julio Creus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Tigua's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Valdero came free, but Bran Pardabu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Luciano Valdero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Pardabu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Julio Creus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hiroshima 1945's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Creus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48th minute, Jaime Piñeros fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Omar Vanegas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 49th minute of the match, but Zilar Munis made a huge save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julio Creus was the one to do the kick off. Zilar Munis came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigua's Jaime Piñeros. But to his dismay, Jaime Piñeros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Rosinos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zilar Munis was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Zilar Munis came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigua's Omar Vanegas. But to his dismay, Omar Vanegas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Luciano Valdero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Rosinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zilar Munis having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Omar Vanegas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Vanegas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Omar Vanegas came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tigua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Vanegas couldn't finish the play. After having played for 96 minutes, Ubaldo Rosinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Rosinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zabal Ribadas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. In the 98th match minute, Hiroshima 1945 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zabal Ribadas to maneuver through the defense. Zilar Munis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Rosinos's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tigua had won after a very even match.
