When Kaviedes Curiel fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Omega's protests and gave Kaviedes Curiel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Omega getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Kaviedes Curiel hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Casiguana's José-Luis Bustamante tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Casiguana's Xerardo Bachicabo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Almandoz Agudo scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xandro Mena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casiguana's Xandro Mena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almandoz Agudo in the 31st minute of play. Tomas Amescua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xerardo Bachicabo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, De-la-Cruz Quintano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Omega's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Casiguana the free kick. After a rather tough play, Omega's De-la-Cruz Quintano got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Almandoz Agudo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Xerardo Bachicabo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Amescua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Parisi Zurbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Xandro Mena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Parisi Zurbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Casiguana's Urko Theas got a free kick in the 66th minute. De-la-Cruz Quintano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Xandro Mena made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Omega's zone, Xerardo Bachicabo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Amescua came out of the goal and Xerardo Bachicabo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xerardo Bachicabo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Amescua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute Xerardo Bachicabo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Amescua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Almandoz Agudo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Parisi Zurbano could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Xandro Mena however easily saved by the left post. Xandro Mena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almandoz Agudo in the 96th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
