Jairo Cedrun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from De-Jesús Muelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Cedrun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from De-Jesús Muelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in UD Perugachi's zone, De-Jesús Muelas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Cedrun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aires Arco in the 10th minute of the match. Mateo Escorcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. UD Perugachi's Frutos Muste got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Cedrun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from De-Jesús Muelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Aires Arco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32ndth minute of the game De-Jesús Muelas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Perugachi's Jairo Cedrun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Aires Arco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Cedrun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aires Arco, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, De-Jesús Muelas managed to get in a good position for a shot. JAC FC's supporters rose to their feet, but De-Jesús Muelas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Cedrun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franklin Moñiz charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Franklin Moñiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Franklin Moñiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell De-Jesús Muelas to make the kick off. If De-Jesús Muelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aires Arco let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 55th minute shot 0-1 at rihgt post. In the 61st minute, Aires Arco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, UD Perugachi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Elosua to maneuver through the defense. De-Jesús Muelas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Cedrun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UD Perugachi's zone, Aires Arco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Cedrun came out of the goal and Aires Arco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by De-Jesús Muelas in the 73rd minute of play forced UD Perugachi's goalkeeper Jairo Cedrun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, De-Jesús Muelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JAC FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but De-Jesús Muelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aires Arco got free with Jairo Cedrun in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jairo Cedrun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aires Arco in the 80th minute. UD Perugachi's Luis-Antonio Deleon got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frutos Muste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jácome Umpanera having to interfere. In the 88th minute Mateo Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jácome Umpanera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of JAC FC booed when UD Perugachi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis-Antonio Deleon didn't get a good kick on the ball. De-Jesús Muelas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. JAC FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched JAC FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
