Ledesma Cajigal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldo Villayres having to make a save. The supporters of Zambi FC booed when CD Apagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Lascano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zosimo Sara fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Apagua's protests and gave Zosimo Sara a yellow card for diving instead. Zosimo Sara hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Víctor Feijoo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ledesma Cajigal in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Villayres saved Zambi FC from getting behind. Osvaldo Villayres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ledesma Cajigal's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Zambi FC's Chatruc Alzorbe got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Zambi FC's goalkeeper Osvaldo Villayres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Víctor Feijoo. After having played for 36 minutes, Ledesma Cajigal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Apagua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ledesma Cajigal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ledesma Cajigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Zambi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ledesma Cajigal came free, but Osvaldo Villayres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Víctor Feijoo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Osvaldo Villayres made a huge save. When CD Apagua's Ledesma Cajigal in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zambi FC's goalie prevented a goal.

54 minutes into the match, Zambi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Víctor Feijoo came free, but Osvaldo Villayres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Villayres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ledesma Cajigal in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, CD Apagua's Xencio Mondragon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Villayres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osvaldo Villayres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víctor Feijoo in the 64th minute of the match. If Ledesma Cajigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Lascano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvaldo Villayres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Ledesma Cajigal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Víctor Feijoo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Villayres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xencio Mondragon, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Xencio Mondragon kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Osvaldo Villayres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Víctor Feijoo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Zambi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ledesma Cajigal came free, but Osvaldo Villayres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Víctor Feijoo might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osvaldo Villayres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Víctor Feijoo ran back to his position shaking his head. Zambi FC's Osvaldo Villayres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ledesma Cajigal in the 89th minute of play. If Ledesma Cajigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CD Apagua booed when Zambi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velasco Grillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CD Apagua fully deserved thier win.
