Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Marcel Ciuhandu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Sao FC defense, Alfredo Astulez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Ciuhandu. The Sao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Ciuhandu should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Santianes during the 95th minute. Sao FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
