Cornelio Naves kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Facundo Erazo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes Tuntag SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cornelio Naves who took care of the corner kick. 41 minutes into the match, Tuntag SC's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Erazo came free, but Xizavier Cerdan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Intriago Gamarra throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gerardo Barrionuevo in the 42ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ortiz Sanes to make the kick off. The supporters of Burrotieta FC booed when Tuntag SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xzaver Usabiaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xizavier Cerdan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ortiz Sanes in the 53rd minute of the match. Facundo Erazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xizavier Cerdan having to interfere. Ortiz Sanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Xizavier Cerdan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Facundo Erazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
