In the 2nd minute, Xuoco Terrilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UD Corozos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 7 minutes, Cafu Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciclon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu Zanette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Justo during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Justo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th play minute Urdin Ergueta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Umea Ruescas. 1-1. When Cafu Zanette came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ciclon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafu Zanette couldn't finish the play. Cafu Zanette struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Umea Ruescas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciclon FC. Cafu Zanette's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Umea Ruescas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fernandez Ontavilla's late challenge caught a Ciclon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernandez Ontavilla helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to UD Corozos getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fernandez Ontavilla hit a great ball. When Héctor Vellana fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Corozos's protests and gave Héctor Vellana a yellow card for diving instead. Héctor Vellana kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jorge Justo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ciclon FC's Cafu Zanette got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xuoco Terrilla to strike the kick off in the second half. Umea Ruescas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cafu Zanette went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Umea Ruescas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Zanette in the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Fernandez Ontavilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Fontan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Eduard Jucu made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Eduard Jucu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Fernandez Ontavilla, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 77 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Eduard Jucu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Santo Guifens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umea Ruescas having to interfere. Umea Ruescas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cafu Zanette went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Eduard Jucu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuoco Terrilla in the 89th minute of the match. Santo Guifens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Zanette in the 92nd minute of play forced UD Corozos's goalkeeper Umea Ruescas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Jonatan Fontan managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Corozos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Fontan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduard Jucu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
