Blandón Alceda lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Blandón Alceda hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Umea Ruescas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Martines in the 12th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Marquez Carbajal made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. UD Corozos's Umea Ruescas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dark Side FC's Marquez Carbajal got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Umea Ruescas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Martines's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the UD Corozos defense, Xoan Neira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Umea Ruescas. The UD Corozos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Umea Ruescas should have stopped the shot. After 41 played minutes UD Corozos got a freekick which was hit by Fernandez Ontavilla. After having played for 53 minutes, Marquez Carbajal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dark Side FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marquez Carbajal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Xoan Neira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dark Side FC's Alfredo Martines got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Marquez Carbajal came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Dark Side FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquez Carbajal couldn't finish the play. Marquez Carbajal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Umea Ruescas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Umea Ruescas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Carbajal in the 73rd minute of play. Gilbert Hetman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Martines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umea Ruescas was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Xoan Neira took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umea Ruescas. Umea Ruescas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Umea Ruescas made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Xoan Neira sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Alfredo Martines sped through UD Corozos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Umea Ruescas. 1-4 came in the 90th minute when Zumar Somiedo all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Polo Basabe. When the final whistle sounded Dark Side FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UD Corozos.
