Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 100) Zacarias Bielva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Kléber Urdapilleta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tilipulo's supporters rose to their feet, but Kléber Urdapilleta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. John Regato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oswaldo Abendaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villarreal Cidiel having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Vinicio Velosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Villarreal Cidiel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 16 minutes, Abel Miquel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DT Quito and the Tilipulo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tilipulo booed when DT Quito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Miquel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vinicio Velosa came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the DT Quito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Velosa couldn't finish the play. Villarreal Cidiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vellito Zubillaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Vinicio Velosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Urdapilleta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John Regato having to make a save.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Velosa made a kick off. Tilipulo's Villarreal Cidiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Velosa in the 52nd minute of play. DT Quito's John Regato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Bielva in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Chatruc Humara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but John Regato skillfully saved the ball. Vinicio Velosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 minutes, Xaiver Descapa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tilipulo and the DT Quito players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tilipulo's Xaiver Descapa got a free kick in the 59th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Kléber Urdapilleta notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of DT Quito's John Regato. John Regato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the match, DT Quito's Vinicio Velosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Villarreal Cidiel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of DT Quito booed when Tilipulo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Llanderas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villarreal Cidiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Velosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Vinicio Velosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kléber Urdapilleta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. John Regato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tilipulo's goalkeeper Villarreal Cidiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Tilipulo got a freekick which was hit by Chatruc Humara. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
