When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wiktor Bochinski sped through Celtic F. C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardo Barrera. Bernardo Barrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiktor Bochinski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When Coronel Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Atlético Fontana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Coronel Cardoso couldn't finish the play. Xavieon Toraño struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Bernardo Barrera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Fontana. After some careless play in the Celtic F. C. defense, Wiktor Bochinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Barrera. The Celtic F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Barrera should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sergio Gonzales to make the kick off. Bernardo Barrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orfilio Jusino in the 67th minute. Fernandez Peon hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Atlético Fontana got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Olazabala. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vedillo Doypa in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentine Miño prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentine Miño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Gonzales in the 72nd minute of the match. Atlético Fontana's Xavieon Toraño shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernardo Barrera but with some difficulty. Wiktor Bochinski took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Barrera. Bernardo Barrera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 83 minutes into the game, Orfilio Jusino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardo Barrera. Orfilio Jusino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Xavieon Toraño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Wiktor Bochinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Barrera was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Wiktor Bochinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Fontana were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
