The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roberto Barriga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Janer in the 3rd minute of the match. If Urtsin Caceo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coronel Espinareda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Alcega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Luciano Salado fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lark FC's protests and gave Luciano Salado a yellow card for diving instead. If Roman Alcega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Roman Alcega recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Coronel Espinareda. Roman Alcega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Coronel Espinareda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Rodolfo Janer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Barriga having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Urtsin Caceo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Coronel Espinareda was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Roman Alcega might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Coronel Espinareda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roman Alcega ran back to his position shaking his head. Urtsin Caceo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Roman Alcega dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Coronel Espinareda, 3-0.

If Luciano Mazuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Roman Alcega made a precise shot to the right of Coronel Espinareda. Club Monte Sinahi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The supporters of Lark FC booed when Club Monte Sinahi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Andolz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Xayvion Armida sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Club Monte Sinahi's Coronel Espinareda didn't even have to move. Roman Alcega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coronel Espinareda having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Monte Sinahi's goalkeeper Coronel Espinareda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Dario Reigadas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Coronel Espinareda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lark FC's Roman Alcega got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roman Alcega came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Lark FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Alcega couldn't finish the play. The corner ended in Xaven Ferreiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Monte Sinahi's Coronel Espinareda did a great save. Coronel Espinareda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Alcega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Alcega in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Coronel Espinareda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Urtsin Caceo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coronel Espinareda having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, Club Monte Sinahi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Valbas to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Lark FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
