Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when George Orio got the match started through his kick off. Vernaza Vivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Vernaza Vivera notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CD Kuchints's Xencio Camango. Xencio Camango was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute George Orio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Luga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CD Kuchints's Xencio Camango played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vernaza Vivera in the 17th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, CD Kuchints's Veremundo Barrios made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Luga was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 25 minutes, Xoan Sariego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascajal SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xoan Sariego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xoan Sariego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Xencio Camango tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Asencio Ciaño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Kuchints and the Cascajal SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Asencio Ciaño hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Jeremias Valderas, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vernaza Vivera was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Cascajal SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marlon Sans to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, CD Kuchints's goal looked a bit too open when Vernaza Vivera came free, but Xencio Camango reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vernaza Vivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the game, Yago Oporto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Kuchints's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cascajal SC the free kick. Xencio Camango made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Xoan Sariego sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st match minute, Cascajal SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marlon Sans to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Cascajal SC's goal looked a bit too open when George Orio came free, but Celso Luga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xoan Sariego's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xencio Camango read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to CD Kuchints getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Veremundo Barrios hit a great ball. Xoan Sariego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Xencio Camango tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vernaza Vivera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Vernaza Vivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 92 played minutes CD Kuchints got a freekick which was hit by Asencio Ciaño. George Orio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Luga having to interfere. In the 99th minute Veremundo Barrios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Luga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cascajal SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
