The supporters of UD Lucarque booed when CD Burche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Xzavion Morga in the 8th minute of play was well struck, but Salvador Paternina made a really good save at the right post. Renán Pardabu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Zavier Granell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Paternina having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match Jose-Antonio Pineros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vellito Alberete skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Vachon Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Burche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vachon Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Videl Guernica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Vachon Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vellito Alberete was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After 36 played minutes, CD Burche's Jose-Antonio Pineros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vellito Alberete came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Burche reached it. Zavier Granell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the CD Burche defense, Xzaver Temes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salvador Paternina. The CD Burche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salvador Paternina should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Zavier Granell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Salvador Paternina. Zavier Granell showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Vachon Illescas made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Vachon Illescas lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Vellito Alberete. 60 minutes into the match, CD Burche's Vachon Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vellito Alberete narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vachon Illescas in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vellito Alberete, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zavier Granell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Salvador Paternina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vachon Illescas struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Vellito Alberete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Burche. In the 70th minute Zavier Granell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Paternina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CD Burche getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Macías Molner hit a great ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salvador Paternina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, CD Burche's Marco Elguea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After 89 minutes of play, CD Burche's Luciano Conti made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vellito Alberete was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Marco Elguea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vellito Alberete, 2-4. The UD Lucarque fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD Burche were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
