UD Chives's Adolfo Collazos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save UD Chives from getting a goal against them. Pastocalle SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Chives the free kick. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UD Chives would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
