With a little luck, CD Yarizahita's Gutierrez Astudillo got control of the ball when Criban Vina tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Esterilla Pita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PILINOZOZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esterilla Pita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Bolívar Ruesga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gutierrez Astudillo, 1-0. Guamán Argoños sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Agustin Candura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arturo Buffone. PILINOZOZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Candura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 27th minute, Criban Vina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gutierrez Astudillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Criban Vinas short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Gutierrez Astudillo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gutierrez Astudillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bolívar Ruesga, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rodriguez Cesura kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Gutierrez Astudillo came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by PILINOZOZ's Criban Vina. But to his dismay, Criban Vina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 39th match minute, PILINOZOZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Olabarrieta to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, CD Yarizahita's goalkeeper Gutierrez Astudillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Criban Vina. Gutierrez Astudillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Criban Vina in the 42nd minute. CD Yarizahita's Gutierrez Astudillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save CD Yarizahita from getting a goal against them. Bolívar Ruesga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gutierrez Astudillo having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Borja Hontoria was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Criban Vina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gutierrez Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PILINOZOZ's Criban Vina got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gutierrez Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esterilla Pita in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Criban Vina in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gutierrez Astudillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gutierrez Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Criban Vina in the 72nd minute of the match. If Criban Vina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to PILINOZOZ getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Esterilla Pita hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, PILINOZOZ's goalkeeper Arturo Buffone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustin Candura. Esterilla Pita took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gutierrez Astudillo. Gutierrez Astudillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Gutierrez Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Criban Vina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Criban Vina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Criban Vina in the 90th minute of play forced CD Yarizahita's goalkeeper Gutierrez Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd match minute, CD Yarizahita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Hondraita to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esterilla Pita in the 95th minute of play forced CD Yarizahita's goalkeeper Gutierrez Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gutierrez Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esterilla Pita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that PILINOZOZ were the better team. PILINOZOZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
