Spectators: 6680 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 0) Pailitas's Espinosa Charro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Xilo Guia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pailitas's Rafael Ibarlucea. Rafael Ibarlucea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 8 played minutes Pachano FC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Eijo. If Iván Hortega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Espinosa Charro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pailitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Espinosa Charro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iván Hortega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Machado Merodo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iván Hortega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Machado Merodo having to interfere. Grueso Miro charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grueso Miro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Grueso Miro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Pailitas's Machado Merodo threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Espinosa Charro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Xilo Guia came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Pachano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xilo Guia couldn't finish the play. Xilo Guia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Ibarlucea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Xilo Guia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Ibarlucea having to make a save. Virgilio Eijo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Xilo Guia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pachano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xilo Guia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Arcaute made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pachano FC's Felix Esparza. In the 47th minute, Xilo Guia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Pachano FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Xilo Guia made the kick off in the second half. Pailitas's Rafael Ibarlucea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xilo Guia in the 53rd minute of play. Virgilio Eijo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Ibarlucea made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Xilo Guia sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Ibarlucea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rene Hinojos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 67 minute of play. A hard shot 70 in the game by Xilo Guia from a close distance when the talented Rafael Ibarlucea managed to make a qualified save. Pailitas's players were relieved. Pachano FC's Rene Hinojos got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pachano FC's Machado Merodo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Espinosa Charro in the 74th minute of play. In the 79th minute Espinosa Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Machado Merodo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iván Hortega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Machado Merodo having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Pailitas's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Eijo came free, but Rafael Ibarlucea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Xilo Guia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Pachano FC's zone, Iván Hortega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Machado Merodo came out of the goal and Iván Hortega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Rafael Ibarlucea managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Pachano FC's Xilo Guia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match was over Pachano FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pailitas throughout the match.
