Xacobo Cabrero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Xelo Valpuesta 15 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, UD Lloa's goalkeeper Xelo Valpuesta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Salces. Xacobo Cabrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xelo Valpuesta having to interfere. Xelo Valpuesta made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Xacobo Cabrero sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Barcelona S.C's Xorxe Goiri got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Xorxe Goiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rixon Lombas was the one to do the kick off. Xacobo Cabrero might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xelo Valpuesta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xacobo Cabrero ran back to his position shaking his head. Xorxe Goiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Yambay Belorado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xorxe Goiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rixon Lombas in the 67th minute of play forced Barcelona S.C's goalkeeper Mendoza Murrillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Barcelona S.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rixon Lombas came free, but Mendoza Murrillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barcelona S.C's Xacobo Cabrero got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mendoza Murrillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rixon Lombas in the 75th minute of the match. If Xorxe Goiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xacobo Cabrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xelo Valpuesta having to interfere. Xacobo Cabrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Xelo Valpuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Barcelona S.C players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
