Canaribamba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caicedo Letran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 17 played minutes Condor got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Manterola. In the 19th minute, Macias Torroba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Caicedo Letran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Condor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice moves Zilar Crujeiras could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Ulises Cuadrillero however easily saved by the left post. Ulises Cuadrillero didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asencio Oquendo during the 36th minute. After 44 played minutes Canaribamba got a freekick which was hit by Fernandez Basante. 48 minutes into the match, Canaribamba's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Surga came free, but Paúl Polla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ur Bien made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Ur Bien made a precise shot to the right of Paúl Polla. Canaribamba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 62nd minute, Caicedo Letran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute of the match Jairo Morquecho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulises Cuadrillero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Paúl Polla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ur Bien in the 66th minute. Zilar Crujeiras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ulises Cuadrillero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Zilar Crujeiras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canaribamba's supporters rose to their feet, but Zilar Crujeiras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Cuadrillero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lastra Almazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fernandez Teja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Ur Bien who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canaribamba's Paúl Polla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Condor booed when Canaribamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandez Basante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caicedo Letran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paúl Polla having to interfere. If Caicedo Letran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Jairo Morquecho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Canaribamba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Condor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
