Joel Depino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Espinosa Guiluz during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, CD Cuchitingue's Espinosa Guiluz got a free kick in the 27th minute. A collision led to Algarrobera getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Venerando Reguera hit a great ball. CD Cuchitingue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damian Servin in the 35th minute. The corner led CD Cuchitingue's Damian Servin to fire away a dangerous shot which Rocio Almendras despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Henry Mortal came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the CD Cuchitingue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Mortal couldn't finish the play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Depino couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Depino was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Sobrefuentes in the 53rd minute of play forced Algarrobera's goalkeeper Rocio Almendras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD Cuchitingue's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joel Depino 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. The CD Cuchitingue supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Algarrobera's performance. The match ended with a win for Algarrobera.
