Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fricson Soltero started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Mane Cal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mane Cal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marques Roiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marques Roiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fricson Soltero, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, CD Shiramentza's Roberto Mesia got a free kick in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Mane Cal managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Elvira's supporters rose to their feet, but Mane Cal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marques Roiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zayvius Somoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, UD Elvira's goal looked a bit too open when Reyes Teigeiro came free, but Castro Zarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, CD Shiramentza's Marques Roiz got control of the ball when Mane Cal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th match minute, UD Elvira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Ortuño to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, UD Elvira's goal looked a bit too open when Reyes Teigeiro came free, but Castro Zarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in UD Elvira's zone, Zayvius Somoza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Castro Zarraga came out of the goal and Zayvius Somoza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zayvius Somoza in the 35th minute of play forced UD Elvira's goalkeeper Castro Zarraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Reyes Teigeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Castro Zarraga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, UD Elvira's goal looked a bit too open when Reyes Teigeiro came free, but Castro Zarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reyes Teigeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Castro Zarraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reyes Teigeiro to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Zayvius Somoza could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Castro Zarraga however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reyes Teigeiro in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Castro Zarraga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Zayvius Somoza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Castro Zarraga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Mane Cal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Marques Roiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fricson Soltero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Roiz having to interfere. Castro Zarraga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reyes Teigeiro's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After 78 minutes of play, UD Elvira's Fricson Soltero made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marques Roiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Zayvius Somoza sped through UD Elvira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Castro Zarraga. In the 87th minute of the match, Zayvius Somoza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Castro Zarraga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Castro Zarraga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zayvius Somoza in the 90th minute. Zayvius Somozas short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Castro Zarraga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Reyes Teigeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Castro Zarraga having to interfere.
