Cristobal Arambula's late challenge caught a POLO SPORTING CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristobal Arambula helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Los Gabicitos getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cristobal Arambula hit a great ball. The supporters of Los Gabicitos booed when POLO SPORTING CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macias Valenciaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaviedes Muñoa was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Macias Valenciaga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Chatruc Cantoral. That made the score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Gabicitos's zone, Macias Valenciaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chatruc Cantoral came out of the goal and Macias Valenciaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leoverliz Rancel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaviedes Muñoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Ruben Mazuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leoverliz Rancel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Kaviedes Muñoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Leoverliz Rancel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chatruc Cantoral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macias Valenciaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Cotera Nuncibay fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Chatruc Cantoral, passed just outside the right post. But to his dismay, Macias Valenciaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 87 minutes into the game, Macias Valenciaga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chatruc Cantoral. Macias Valenciaga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Macias Valenciaga struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Chatruc Cantoral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POLO SPORTING CLUB. Leoverliz Rancel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaviedes Muñoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Los Gabicitos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching POLO SPORTING CLUB's performance. The match ended with a win for POLO SPORTING CLUB.
