The CD Pozito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Merayo should have stopped the shot. If Macías Viña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elkin Aneutes charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elkin Aneutes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Liverpool Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Elkin Aneutes. After recieving a nice pass, CD Pozito's Zernin Pazo tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Zeru Riguero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samaniego Morcillo having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Liverpool Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Xaven Ayerdi. 68 minutes into the match, Macías Viña notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Liverpool Futbol Club's Samaniego Morcillo. Samaniego Morcillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in CD Pozito's zone, Veronica Canedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Merayo came out of the goal and Veronica Canedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute of the match Oscar Sampil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samaniego Morcillo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Samaniego Morcillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vistruario Esterina in the 96th minute of play.
