Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Coronel Piñango took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Hector-Luis Vital had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Rey Muñoyerro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilio Minguet. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, ECUANAC's Coronel Piñango made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Camango was left in no man's land by his defense there! Taxourcu SC's Hector-Luis Vital got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Enrique Rabago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hector-Luis Vital had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rey Muñoyerro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ECUANAC's Figueroa Cayado got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Díaz Riguera sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ECUANAC's Emilio Minguet didn't even have to move. Díaz Riguera, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 39 minutes into the match, ECUANAC's goalkeeper Emilio Minguet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector-Luis Vital. After a rather tough play, Taxourcu SC's Rey Muñoyerro got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Taxourcu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Arraña to maneuver through the defense. Díaz Riguera hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Jorge Camango took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vernaza Selgas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, ECUANAC's Vernaza Selgas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Camango made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

In the 52nd minute Vernaza Selgas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Camango saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector-Luis Vital fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Minguet having to interfere. A collision led to ECUANAC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Enrique Rabago hit a great ball. Jorge Camango was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vernaza Selgas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 69 minute of play. After a rather tough play, ECUANAC's Enrique Rabago got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Vernaza Selgas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Jorge Camango made a huge save. Murillo Vizcarreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Minguet having to interfere. Rey Muñoyerro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Minguet having to interfere. Coronel Piñango received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jorge Camango tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Taxourcu SC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Clarabout. If Vernaza Selgas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ECUANAC's Coronel Piñango got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Taxourcu SC's goalkeeper Jorge Camango had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vernaza Selgas. The ECUANAC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
