Urritz Lasurtigui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Pantoja in the 9th minute of play. Frutos Campero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Udalaitz Guismonde firmly grabbed it by the left post. Frutos Campero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Udalaitz Guismonde skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Udalaitz Guismonde made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Frutos Campero sent off a good shot on target. When Edmund Budzynski came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Mamey fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Budzynski couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Zoil Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Illuminati AIK's Udalaitz Guismonde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save The Illuminati AIK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 31 minutes, Edmund Budzynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Budzynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Frutos Campero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Udalaitz Guismonde was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Edmund Budzynski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Udalaitz Guismonde when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Frutos Campero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Udalaitz Guismonde. The Illuminati AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frutos Campero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frutos Campero was the one to do the kick off. Frutos Campero took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Udalaitz Guismonde. Udalaitz Guismonde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Valentim Vede's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Udalaitz Guismonde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frutos Campero in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Udalaitz Guismonde saved The Illuminati AIK from getting behind. Yambay Barrenechea hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Zoil Farias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Udalaitz Guismonde skillfully saved the ball. Frutos Campero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Pantoja during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to The Illuminati AIK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fernando Pantoja hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the game, Angulo Posiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Urritz Lasurtigui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Frutos Campero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Udalaitz Guismonde was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 86 played minutes Mamey got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Olmos. 87 minutes into the game, Zoil Farias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mamey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Illuminati AIK the free kick. Xofre Leguade was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, one of The Illuminati AIK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Mamey. Edmund Budzynski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Udalaitz Guismonde. 5-1. After having played for 95 minutes, Fernando Pantoja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Illuminati AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Pantoja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urritz Lasurtigui made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Angulo Posiga sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mamey had played much better football throughout.
