Simon Lantaron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. León Lluberas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector-Luis Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ayoví Loizaga in the 90th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Rolando Mendez took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for León Lluberas to make any attempt to save it.
