Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Pubill took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Jaime Pubill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estrada Penas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaime Pubill showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. When Humberto Oñatibia came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Libertad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Oñatibia couldn't finish the play. Fernández Amescua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reyes Garces in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to July Fc getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Juan-Carlos Calzon hit a great ball. 43 minutes in the game, Jaime Pubill fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Estrada Penas having to interfere. Fernández Amescua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquez Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
In the 50th match minute, July Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Sedillo to maneuver through the defense. 51 minutes into the match, Libertad's Parisi Oquendo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Reyes Garces took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernández Amescua. Fernández Amescua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Estrada Penas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Oñatibia in the 60th minute of play. Fernández Amescua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquez Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Carlos Martel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. July Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Libertad the free kick. Carlos Martel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Fernández Amescua made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Reyes Garces sent off a good shot on target. Estrada Penas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Oñatibia's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 74th match minute, Libertad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ur Carrero to maneuver through the defense. July Fc's Estrada Penas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Oñatibia in the 78th minute of play. Fernández Amescua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reyes Garces went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Reyes Garces recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pubill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reyes Garces took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernández Amescua. Fernández Amescua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. July Fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
