Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yaniusky Venancio started the match with the kick off. Kaviedes Salgueiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramon Sola having to make a save. Xurxo Arriba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nixon Goitia in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Tyrone Zubicoeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Athletic Internazionale's Fabian Devalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xurxo Arriba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Kaviedes Salgueiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patagrande FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaviedes Salgueiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Athletic Internazionale got a freekick which was hit by Ortíz Arveras. Patagrande FC's Kaviedes Salgueiro got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramon Sola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Luina, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th match minute, Athletic Internazionale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ortíz Arveras to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Yaniusky Venancio sped through Athletic Internazionale's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramon Sola. Athletic Internazionale's Ramon Sola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Athletic Internazionale from getting a goal against them. After having played for 45 minutes, Yaniusky Venancio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patagrande FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaniusky Venancio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Devalla was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Athletic Internazionale's Nixon Goitia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xurxo Arriba. Xurxo Arriba yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. With a little luck, Patagrande FC's Xurxo Arriba got control of the ball when Nixon Goitia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabian Devalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xurxo Arriba. That made the score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. Ramon Sola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaniusky Venancio in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Patagrande FC's Arias Bonal got a free kick in the 86th minute. A collision led to Athletic Internazionale getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Moisés Rancaño hit a great ball. Kaviedes Salgueiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Patagrande FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Athletic Internazionale's performance. The match ended with a win for Athletic Internazionale.
