Urti Chirivoga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Unai Cal in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th minute Unai Cal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urti Chirivoga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Trielles during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Peter Trielles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th match minute, AC MILAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuberoa Alija to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Semillero FC got a freekick which was hit by Tonio Casiano. Peter Trielles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Ezcurra having to interfere. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Semillero FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xzavier Sendin was slow to take the kick. During this time AC MILAN's players had a chance to rest. Xaime Rieta hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Urti Chirivoga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Unai Cal in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Vladimiro Mejina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Semillero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Mejina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Trielles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Juan Ezcurra made a huge save. In the 38th match minute, Semillero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Samano to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gutierrez Escola was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, AC MILAN's Xaime Rieta made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Ezcurra was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Tonio Casiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When AC MILAN's Castro Parral in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Semillero FC's goalie prevented a goal. 2-1 became the score in the 74th minute when Xaime Rieta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Peter Trielles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimiro Mejina got free with Urti Chirivoga in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Castro Parral struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Juan Ezcurra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC MILAN. Isaias Queiruga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Ezcurra having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Xaime Rieta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC MILAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xaime Rieta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AC MILAN's Xaime Rieta got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Semillero FC's Tyrone Callon got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Xzavier Sendin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Ezcurra skillfully saved the ball. After 94 minutes, Gutierrez Escola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Semillero FC and the AC MILAN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Semillero FC got a freekick which was hit by Gutierrez Escola. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
