Alejandro Parayos charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejandro Parayos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Limco Fc got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Parayos. A collision led to Limco Fc getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Velasco Agra hit a great ball. With a little luck, Limco Fc's Chico Cerio got control of the ball when Jonathan Vergara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Velasco Agra scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Omar Miruena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adam Dziedziak took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Miruena. Omar Miruena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 16th minute Adam Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Miruena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 19 in the game by Jonathan Vergara from a close distance when the talented Chico Cerio managed to make a qualified save. Limco Fc's players were relieved. Omar Miruena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Velasco Agra went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Limco Fc's Velasco Agra in 23 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Omar Miruena guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 25 played minutes EMELEC JR got a freekick which was hit by Xefe Codosal. When Genaro Bruñon fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limco Fc's protests and gave Genaro Bruñon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of EMELEC JR booed when Limco Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Bruñon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Limco Fc's Velasco Agra in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EMELEC JR's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Limco Fc's Chico Cerio got control of the ball when Jonathan Vergara tried to sneak it across the goal line. EMELEC JR's Omar Miruena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Dziedziak in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Velasco Agra in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Miruena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Limco Fc were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Velasco Agra was the one to do the kick off. Omar Miruena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Dziedziak in the 57th minute. Xefe Codosal kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Velasco Agra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Miruena was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Yoel Camus kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With his leg Omar Miruena managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Limco Fc's Velasco Agra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to EMELEC JR getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Luis Alday hit a great ball. After 78 minutes of play Limco Fc's Genaro Bruñon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th minute, Genaro Bruñon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Limco Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Vergara came free, but Chico Cerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Limco Fc's zone, Jonathan Vergara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chico Cerio came out of the goal and Jonathan Vergara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Yoel Camus came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Limco Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoel Camus couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Velasco Agra made a precise shot to the right of Omar Miruena. EMELEC JR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Velasco Agra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Limco Fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
