In the 11thth minute of the game Zuberoa Macilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NERV football club's Rene Rafales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zuberoa Macilla struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Rene Rafales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pastavi. Mariano Aramberri hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 19th play minutes Zuberoa Macilla shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Rene Rafales and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 24th minute, Vitor Espin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Rafales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuberoa Macilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zuberoa Macilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to NERV football club getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mariano Aramberri hit a great ball. Mendez Armiñan charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mendez Armiñan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaac Herreria struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zuberoa Macilla was the one to do the kick off. Isaac Herreria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Christian Orengo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mendez Armiñan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pastavi's goalkeeper Christian Orengo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th minute Isaac Herreria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Orengo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Orengo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Herreria in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, NERV football club's goalkeeper Rene Rafales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitor Espin.
