Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alonzo Solorzano started the match with the kick off. Celso Genova was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Elax F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 8th match minute, Elax F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Bolimburu to maneuver through the defense. Alonzo Solorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urritz Bribiesca came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Piezza Fútbol Club's Pablo Guceño. But to his dismay, Pablo Guceño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ordóñez Arzalaga hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Celso Genova took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marco Alcalde to make any attempt to save it. 23 minutes into the match, Vachon Cicero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Alcalde. Piezza Fútbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vachon Cicero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Alonzo Solorzano took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urritz Bribiesca. Urritz Bribiesca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Texeira Doral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urritz Bribiesca having to interfere. Elax F.C.'s Urritz Bribiesca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Guceño in the 33rd minute of play. Ordóñez Arzalaga hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Alonzo Solorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Elax F.C.'s zone, Alonzo Solorzano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urritz Bribiesca came out of the goal and Alonzo Solorzano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Genova to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Alcalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vachon Cicero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Vachon Cicero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Alcalde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Salas Reigada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elax F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piezza Fútbol Club the free kick. A collision led to Elax F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Salas Reigada hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Solorzano in the 82nd minute of play forced Elax F.C.'s goalkeeper Urritz Bribiesca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vachon Cicero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Alcalde having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Carlos Bolimburu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elax F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Bolimburu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th match minute, Piezza Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yambay Zarzuelo to maneuver through the defense. After 91st play minutes Vachon Cicero shot 3-4, a short shot which went by Marco Alcalde and just under the crossbar into goal. Piezza Fútbol Club's Alonzo Solorzano got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Piezza Fútbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Elax F.C. throughout the match.
