The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Albarellos during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xzaiver Rodrigo in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeruko Olaso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paredes Arganzua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeruko Olaso having to interfere. Mendez SC's Zeruko Olaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Alzedar in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diaz Arroyo in the 23rd minute of play forced Mendez SC's goalkeeper Zeruko Olaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rafael Alzedar came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Coloso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Alzedar couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Paredes Arganzua made a precise shot to the right of Zeruko Olaso. Mendez SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Coloso FC booed when Mendez SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xefe Abin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mendez SC's zone, Diaz Arroyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeruko Olaso came out of the goal and Diaz Arroyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Xzaiver Rodrigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paredes Arganzua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Zeruko Olaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xzaiver Rodrigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Paredes Arganzua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 46 minutes into the game, one of Mendez SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xzaiver Rodrigo was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Coloso FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Albarellos came free, but Georg Olsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Xzaiver Rodrigo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Coloso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xzaiver Rodrigo couldn't finish the play. The goalkeeper, Zeruko Olaso, was totally fooled by Coloso FC's Xavon Onil, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 70 minutes into the match, Coloso FC's Rafael Alzedar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeruko Olaso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paredes Arganzua took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeruko Olaso. Zeruko Olaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Xzaiver Rodrigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeruko Olaso was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Coloso FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Albarellos came free, but Georg Olsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Xzaiver Rodrigo lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Zeruko Olaso. In the 100th match minute, Coloso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavon Onil to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Coloso FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mendez SC.
